All three times my French fries were either cold or over cooked and hard as rocks like they dipped the fries that were there back in the grease... Never any milk shakes and the older manager lady is completely and utterly rude. I always order my double cheese burgers with NO pickle and EXTRA onion but somehow always end up with tons of pickle and absolutely no onions..... Seriously this location needs either new management or some serious customer service training..... Uncalled for for real. I will never come back. Ever.....January 21, 2017
